Do you find yourself having thoughts that leave you feeling anxious?
Maybe you lie awake at night and can’t stop unpleasant thoughts going around in your head?
Perhaps at times you notice that your heart races, your breathing becomes faster or you feel panicky?
Do you worry about your health and often think the worse?
Are you feeling overwhelmed or under pressure with everyday life, work or relationship difficulties?
Do you struggle with feeling like you don’t know where you belong anymore, you are at a crossroad in life, or that you don’t count?
Do you find it difficult to enjoy the things you once used to?
These are all possible signs of anxiety or low mood. You are likely feeling exhausted or very tired.
How am I able to help you?
Being able to talk freely and openly in confidence to an experienced counsellor can help you understand what is lying underneath your unpleasant thoughts and feelings. This is where I can help you.
People often say that a weight has been lifted by simply being able to talk about their worries.
I promise to offer a safe, non judgemental and confidential space to talk about whatever it is that is bothering you.
Together, we can explore ways that might help you find a sense of calm and feel more happier and in control of your life. How we work together will depend entirely on your wishes and needs.

People often ask as to what the benefits of counselling are?
Research continues to show us that being able to talk to someone who listens without judgement, can help lead to a sense of relief, an ‘unburdening’. Counselling can help with working through problems, help you gain a different perspective on what is happening for you, building confidence and appreciating that there are always options for you.
